February survey of 100 trainers by U.K.-based Echelon Learning finds classroom training ahead and elearning for immediate business needs

a February survey of 100 trainers by U.K.-based Echelon Learning, classroom-based training was the most popular delivery method for acquiring skills, with a rating of 4.29 out of a possible 5. However, e-learning was preferable in terms of acquiring information to meet an immediate business need, with a score of 3.55 compared to 3.35 for classroom instruction and 2.81 for books.
